My Galaxy A31 frequently loses internet connection. It's still connected to my wi fi but without internet. By turning off wi fi and then on again it makes the internet connection. Anything I can do?

Could be a lot of reason, the phone, the router setting, too many connected devices which over the capacity of the router, IP address conflict... Try to reset the whole router setting(factory reset) and see how it works, if issue still persists, better to check with both Samsung and network provider.
