Galaxy SWhat device do you have?
Surprised that one of Samsung's Moderators didn't jump all over this, it's right on the cover of their flip chart, right next to "wipe cache"..
Anyway, the obvious thing to start with is to Boot into Safe Mode to try and figure out if the issue stems from a user / 3rd party app.
If you stop getting the issue while in Safe Mode, then the issue is almost certainly caused by an incompatible 3rd party app.
Can you provide more details, ie: is this a recent, or ongoing issue?
Do you recall if the problem started after installing a new app, or?
If it's a recent issue, you could start by Uninstalling the most recently installed apps & keep Uninstalling until the issue is resolved. Once you figure out which app was the problem, you can go ahead & install the other apps which weren't causing the issue.
Of course you can also always Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.. it's painless & it can clear out any junk.
If you continue to have issues & can't figure out if it's an app causing the problem, if it was my device, I'd backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
All of the above will only work, if it's not a hardware problem, then you should visit a Samsung Service center to get the device checked out.

Galaxy SDid you try just Uninstalling it & Reboot?
But I'd be a little surprised if this app caused all the issues you described?

Galaxy SWhich Carrier?
If you're saying that it's a system app, it would have been installed all along, so I don't know why you're thinking that it was the issue?
If it's a System app, you can still Clear Cache & Data for it & in many cases you can still Disable it from Settings > Apps.
Has your device been crashing ever since you got it, or?
More details about what's happening would be helpful, because right now what you've said doesn't make a lot of sense..
