We've gotten it at random time in the day lately. Sometime even on the next day like few previous updates... If it's like the s22 series, on telus website it was supposed to receive day1 update and one on the 8th but receive not a single update since launch in Canada. So maybe the house is on fire in Korea wit GOS and preorder chaos for the s22 series, but they can't keep up right now and that's sad!
I remember, a few months ago Samsung published the update policy which said, among other things, that the publication dates were approximate and could change at any time and that only Samsung had the authority for the publication dates .
