Galaxy SI changed phone carrier this week and activated my phone with the new carrier yesterday. I incorrectly entered the SIM network PIN several times. My phone was blocked and it required me to enter the SIM network PUK, which is provided by Samsung. I viewed some comments on the forum and followed your suggestion to contact my carriers. However, both the old and new carriers told me that I have to contact Samsung for the Master unlock code. I am currently with no phone to use. Please help me with this matter.

Galaxy SIf you're in Canada, with a Canadian device.. all phones have been Carrier Unlocked since 2017.
