I think Samsung should listen to what things are being said in this video. Because I agree with these comments and it's getting harder for me to find reasons to stay with samsung going forward. I want to upgrade from my S9+ but I keep holding on to it waiting and hoping for that device where I don't feel like I'm giving up something.
basically the direction samsung is going they're turning the galaxy devices into an iPhone knock off. if they continue to do that I would rather just go get an actual iPhone because then atleast it will have proper software support. 🤷🏻♂️

Not only with proper software support but also with defective device support. At Apple, the user is not always the culprit when the device is defective.
