MESSENGER issue

Hello po.. patulong naman po. kapag po kasi tinatawagan ako via messenger. wala pong display na nalabas then lalabas na lang na missed call 😔

Natry ko na po clear cache.. uninstall and install...

In-app settings? Like pagbukas pa lang ng messenger, punta sa profile pic mo, mag-scroll down nang onti, punta sa settings, pindutin ang "Notifications and Sounds"?

Try to allow the "Appear on Top" setting of the Messenger app. You can see it when you go to the App Info.

Hi po.. thank you all for the suggestions... bale ginawa ko po yan lahat pero ganun pa din po talaga kahit tawagan ako wala tlga nag aappear kung sino ung natawag as in my ringtone ka lang madidinig...

By the way po, na fix ko na po ang issue.. and i found out na naka DEEP sleep yung FACEBOOK app ko... prang yung FB tlga may kontrol kahit Messenger App ko yung my issue.
