Unable to use microphone when normal calling.

In order to use the microphone, swipe down on the notification bar until you see a blue icon with a white microphone (microphone access). The microphone is turned on. If you tap the icon again and turn it off, you can still make and receive calls but the person on the other end will not be able to hear you.

Thank you for your suggestions guys. But I'm still having the same issue. calling in WhatsApp and Instagram has no issues whatsoever but while doing normal calling, people can hear me talking but I can't hear them. Restarting the phone fixes the problem for a couple of hours but then it goes back to not working again. I hope this is some kind of android glitch and Will get solved in the next update. Please tell me if I should be checking any settings or I'm doing something wrong.

Also, we request you to generate error report by following below steps:

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.
