MMS

Hi, When I get a text msg that is in the form of MMS, normally, I would turn on my data to open it. Now. All of a sudden it opens automatically without my data being turned  on. How do I set it so that I have to turn  my data on to open a MMS?

if u talk about what i think go in your message text and follow it line by line
- click 3dot top right
- setting
- more setting
-multimedia message
and turn off Auto retrieve!

It is off, I have never turned it on

Hi kahlua67, go to settings>>connections>>WIFI>>enable it>>tap advanced>>enable smart network switch.
