Why is there no quick toggle option for mobile data and hotspot in galaxy phones? People deserve to know real reason. It's just so inconvenient to toggle them everytime from within settings. Why is this user experience so degraded?

There are solution for this but how can Samsung be dumb to compromise user experience for such useless decision. i do not see how it is helping carriers and Samsung, but surely Samsung is degrading its user experience.

Though Canadian Carriers removed it, but device is still configured by samsung and there must be someone at Samsung to grant approval. So dumb of them

There should be outrage of negative feedback from users and whosoever granted such approval should be fired from the company. Compromise with user experience should be big NO!

Unfortunately this issue is out of Samsung's hands—carriers are able to modify OS updates before they are deployed to users. I realize it is a bit of an inconvenience, so I apologize for that 😢
