Hi, I'm desperate. Since the last update came, I have a lot of troubles connecting to my carrier, calls or networking don't work, sometimes I have signal, sometimes I don't. I tried making a factory reset, but no results, also I contacted my carrier but they couldn't do anything, I havee a physical and an esim, none of them works, it was just fine before the update, please, if anyone has information or a possible solution I would gladly hear it. I have tried everything I can do without avoiding warranty.

If the symptom persists, please send a new report, it is necessary that the submission be made within the first three minutes after the problem occurs.
Please reproduce the bug, then go to Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Bug reports > Select Category, Frequency, Feedback (please be very specific), attach a screenshot or video showing the bug > Finally it is necessary to select the option Send system log data (without log file, it will not be possible to run the analysis).
Once the area receives the report, we will analyze the information in order to provide you with a solution.
