Hi, I have a galaxy s21 ultra phone. I had 2 routines Sunrise and Sunset. Each routine used to change my home screen wallpaper. It used to work perfectly fine. Since last couple of update it no longer changing the wallpaper. If I try to test the routine it says "could not perform the action because other operation is preventing it". Now I have deleted the routines and when I try create routine again for wallpaper change it is not even letting me do that. It is all greyed out.

Try to just set up a sunset routine to change your wallpaper.

If that works, you don't really need a sunrise routine for this since it will change your wallpaper back when sunset is done.

This is my routine to change the wallpaper.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have found the solution. If I select specific time in condition, then wallpaper change options are greyed out. If I select time period then I am able to select change wallpaper option.1731938783256.jpg1731938783272.jpg1731938783294.jpg

Hi jaggie,

Have you tried the suggestions by Mat_G_Gagnon to fix the Wallpaper automation issue?

If "Change Wallpaper" is greyed out, it might be linked to Samsung's Good Lock.

Install or update the Good Lock app and its modules, especially Theme Park, to create automated wallpaper changes or explore any conflicts with Routines.

Try creating a new routine with only Dark Mode ON as the trigger and just one action (e.g., changing the wallpaper) to see if it works.

Thank you.
