Hi, I moved from SG to HK. My S24 Ultra is not able to add octopus card to samsung wallet/pay.

Please advise how to change region ?

Hi, u can try this. After changing to the new region, u cannot change back to the original region within 6 months.

Did that 2 days back. Samsung wallet / pay is still not showing octopus card option. Still showing sg transit options only.

Actually, if u have been migrated, then u won't be able to see SG Members content already. Seems weird that u are still seeing SG Members Community.

Create a new Google profile in the same phone. Set the country to HK. Open play and choose the HK profile Google account and you will be able to download HK specific apps.
