Unfortunately no, they don't allow for people to go to previous updates

I think a factory reset takes you back to out of the box status, presumably wiping all updates. So save your data etc, ideally in two + different ways, Smartswitch, Samsung backup and Google backup. Then manually do updates. Wait for Samsung Laura, moderator on this forum, to confirm before proceeding.

Hi @MrsMac, could you clarify what you mean by your device won't allow cards? 

Are you referring to SamsungPay?

If so, SamsungPay is compatible with a select range of cards, to find out whether your card is compatible, I suggest reaching out to your bank.
