Just moved from an S10 to an S22+. Music showed up on the new phone but cannot play tracks. Any hints or ideas?

Music doesn't support FLAC, and some other formats. I had that issue at least

It says "failed to play track" on every song I try

Hi, You might have transfered WMA music format files from your old phone.

However WMA(Windows Media Audio) files will not support in your S22+ as it is a new model.

Please download any third party app from Google Play Store and convert them to mp3 or VLC.

If it doesn't work please transfer the music files again as they may have corrupted during initial transfer.
