Galaxy SI went into settings>apps>network storage manager>app details in store>click update.
I stumbled on it by chance 🤷

Galaxy SYour solution led me to my solution!
I tried your suggestion and it didn't work but I decided to uninstall network storage solution. That fixed it!
Turns out that network storage solution is part of the my files app.
