Netflix not working after latest software update in Feb 2022

Hi, I just updated my s21 ultra software and after that I cannot play any movies in netflix. Keeps getting error code 5.7 and despite restarting phone or disable and uninstall netflix and reinstall again etc, same problem exists. Plse advise what is happening after the software install. Thanks

Got this from US 🇺🇸 side members app community... Base on all the thing he have done think nothing we can do on our side...

Fastest solution will be Netflix or Disney+ roll out a patch on their apps

I'm having the same issue with my S21+. Seems this is a problem for all streaming apps. Have just "spoken" to Samsung Chat Support and told them that there are others in Singapore facing the same issue. Hope there will be an update soon!

I also experienced the same. Even my disney can't play video after I do my Samsung s21 update. I already un-install netflix, clear the cache and switch off my phone for 30mins..Still the same.

Samsung pls help..
