Galaxy SI'm having the same issue with my S21+. Seems this is a problem for all streaming apps. Have just "spoken" to Samsung Chat Support and told them that there are others in Singapore facing the same issue. Hope there will be an update soon!

Galaxy SI also experienced the same. Even my disney can't play video after I do my Samsung s21 update. I already un-install netflix, clear the cache and switch off my phone for 30mins..Still the same.
Samsung pls help..
