Another day passed for my order but yet no FedEx. Been notified by one of the moderator that "order is in shipping preparation". 

 

So, its still tick-tock-tick-tock..... More waiting!

 

Its a new day with same old "No Phone" frustration!

 

Day- 45, Preparing Dispatch Day: 08 :)

Day 41 and tomorrow a new month Feb, March and April. preparing dispatch for 8 days. They had a 1/2 price promotion on the buds pro last week bit I couldn't use the $50 voucher as it doesn't start till tomorrow..I paid in full for the phone and charger and extra warranty at the time of ordering. That's bad but the communication may be worse.

I paid for the phone, clear case and care+ as well. But does it really matter anything to them or their "overwhelming success"?

I feel your pain! I order Feb 9 and they saudbtgey shipped it to me last Friday then canceled and recalled the shipment. Still no phone and no one will give me a time line

The customer service representative didn't like the way I spoke to him I guess so he canceled the order and recalled the shipment. Samsung customer service is a joke! They have no clue what is going on and the reps act like trained monkeys reading a script. No problem solving skills or efforts out towards actually resolving issues. And everything is a 24 to 48 hour time-frame to process your request. For a company this big it's pathetic and disappointing

Call your cc company and file a fraud, reverse the payment. They have no right to do that and you should also keep your cool. I don’t know What the communication was but what is done is done. That’s your best recourse. Because the rep probably made notes on the account who knows! Or call and speak with a supervisor nicely and be the bigger person and say sorry and get the phone! Really no other way..
