This app is still in Beta, and not available on the Canada store. Its in wide distribution in the US and is stable. If you want it, you'll need to sideload via an apkmirror.
They should just tuck it into goodlook when its fully baked.
Some pretty cool use cases for some. For instance, I often stream business news via the FibeTV app. One frustration is if I want to stream while on a walk (just to listen), the Fibe app requires that I keep my screen on. With this app, I can now control that.
