Why do we not have a simple explanation at the top of the forum of how to make a post on Samsung Members website. It is obvious for us that have been on here for years but for a new person you might not be looking in the right place.
I don't know how many posts that I have seen replying to someone's post stating they don't know how to ask their own question. This should not be happening and a simple explanation would solve the problem.
Thank you for bringing this to our notice and it would be great and very helpful for our Samsung members. I will forward your suggestion to the higher management and concerned team for further review and to share a post about "how to make a post on Samsung Members website" at the top of the forum.
