New S24 Plus User

I just got my new S24 plus phone and I noticed that the speaker is not that great compared from my last phone which was an A series. I need to adjust the volume halfway to max so that I can hear the music or sounds from the series that I'm watching. Is that normal? I mean is the S24 plus speaker really that bad?

you can check the dxomark test results for audio. me im using galaxy s21 5g but i have to say that my previous J7 pro is much more loud.

Though I've never used any series other than S and Note, I think Samsung's method of water resistance is causing the speakers to be a little muffled or weak.
Other brands still offer better speaker sound quality even with water resistance.

Oh, perhaps you might want to set the EQ to rock or bass boost or dynamic when you're not connected to Bluetooth audio?
