Sorry to hear about your brother’s S22 Ultra issue after the update. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Force restart by holding the Power + Volume Down buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Charge the phone for at least 30 minutes, then attempt to power it on.

Attempt to boot into Recovery Mode (Volume Up + Power button) and wipe cache partition.

Connect the device to a PC using Samsung Smart Switch to check if it’s recognized and attempt firmware recovery.
