Does anyone have problem with new update.my brother's s22 ultra just stopped working after doing an update.

Go to storage < scroll to the bottom and click manage storage < app cache < clearall app cache. It cleared like 5.7gb and my apps run smoothly. Also turn on scheduled memory clearance scheduled restart. Keeps it running healthy.

Oh I thought you meant the usual ui update issues with lag and apps not opening and stuff. Mine works but I charged it twice and have to constantly reset things and clear cache constantly. It definitely ruined the proformance and battery of the s22 ultra for me.

Does it charge? Try a force restart by holding power and volume down at the same time for 10 seconds till it vibrates. Maybe try it with and without a charger. Or see if you can boot into safe mode or recovery mode. There's videos on yt

  1. Force restart by holding the Power + Volume Down buttons for 10-15 seconds.

  2. Charge the phone for at least 30 minutes, then attempt to power it on.

  3. Attempt to boot into Recovery Mode (Volume Up + Power button) and wipe cache partition.

  4. Connect the device to a PC using Samsung Smart Switch to check if it’s recognized and attempt firmware recovery.
