No updates on shipping even though money getting deducted from bank for pay bright by affirm

I ordered sky blue 1TB S23 ultra on June 26, the shipping is supposed to happen on August 7.

But they are already taking the money for paybright from my bank account.

The order status is still showing processing and stuck at "order palced".

Anyone have similar experience

Contact their customer service? They shouldn't be charging you if the product hasn't shipped yet.

Samsung puts the charge through, as soon as the order is made. So the finance company is basing the payments on that. 

I'd contact the Finance company, to find out if that is their normal practice?

Pretty sure that it is out of Samsung's hands.

Yes, Samsung processes the payment immediately, they do not wait for the product to be shipped.

That is weird for paybright charge you from your bank already. My order through paybright indicate the first payment is due in September (one month after)
