I have a Galaxy S23. While it will connect most of the time, about once every two weeks it does not connect. When I check the car, it will say the Bluetooth in the car is turned off. Infiniti says it is a phone issue, not a car issue. Had anyone else had this issue?

No issue with my Mazda.

But if you check your car and it says bluetooth is off... how is it a phone issue? Lol

Sorry I deleted my post because they deleted their unrelated post just before you posted😂

Well they have basically said no one else has this issue and since we cannot recreate the issue it must be your phone.

Yet I niw have my radio randomly changing channels when I stop and start the car (again only periodically) and twice I have had it go blank and even the physical buttons do not work.

That definetly sounds like a vehicle problem and not a phone problem🤔

But infinite is saying its a phone issue. Makes no sense. I have tested it in a Lexus, a Hyundai and a Mazda. The same issues do not arise. I think it is a warranty done by Infiniti.
