Hi guys,
I am just wondering if I can update to Nougat and then, downgrade to marshmallow if I dont like it?

IT WILL NOT VOID YOUR WARANTY for shure just explain if you know what your talking abouth! the only thing for void waranty is flash the recovery and install custom rom it will trip knox counter flash stock rom is do nothing to your knox counter

Yes you can by using odin and downloading the marshmallow OS from sammobile. it does not void your warranty, however Nick from Samsung advice against flashing.

Hi @kit71717, this is not possible on a non-rooted device. Rollback prevention will prevent you from going back to MM if you have updated to N. Attempting to flash a stock ROM will fail and may have unintended effects on the device.

this is not true I used Odin to flash the bell nougat on my Rogers phone.
a hour before midnight of the Rogers release date I odined back to marshmallow then updated over the air at midnight back to nougat
