Dual whatsapp, second WhatsApp no download media and receive model s21ultra

It's indeed a known issue. Quite surprising why it takes such a long time for it to be solved..

Do no 3 days ago I received from whatsapp he say my phone version not suppor dual app

I am using Z flip3, having similar problem cannot download/send photo, voice clip and video. Google the problem and found Samsung lately having problem on dual whatsapp. Written to Samsung and they apologize and advice me to send the media from Gallery and select second whatsapp which I found it is still not working. Samsung promised to fix the issue in their upcoming update which I believe should be release in December 2021
