I am having trouble getting my Galaxy S 21 Ultra to reliably connect (Bluetooth) with my Philips Hearing Aids.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks.

I am not a 'Techie', and do not understand these things.
All I know is that I make a decision based on wrong or misleading information from the vendor (Samsung) and they are accepting ZERO responsibility. Have left me a dissatisfied customer!

Well I am TRYING to find a solution!

If the problem is as simple as changing a Setting, why not at least try to fix it?

You don't have to be a "techie".

Just go to Settings & Search for "optimize" & then Click on it & then Search for the Philips app & see if it's being "optimized". If it is Change it to "Not Optimized".

You can also Search for "Sleeping apps" & Then Click on "sleeping apps" & "deep sleeping apps" & look to see if the Philips app is being "put to sleep" in either of these. If it is Change it to "Never Sleeping".

After this, check to see if the hearing aids are working properly.
