Number Verified, what's that mean?

When I get calls from numbers not in my contacts they sometimes say number verified yet it doesn't tell me who it is that's calling. What exactly is this number verified thing?

Here's a screen shot of the last caller... Still can't find the owner on Google either 🤷

In short, It simply means that it's legit number verified by google and not a spoof call.

Interesting...I don't have that verified message. Are you using some kind of google service?

Not that I'm aware of.... Maybe it's a Telus thing? It's new anyways, maybe a few weeks it's been doing it...

@Tallman If you go in your recent calls list , you don't have any numbers with a green check mark in the list ?

Nevermind, just did a search, it requires Google Phone app and enable spam and call feature.
