Older Galaxy devices won't be getting OneUI 3.1.1

I predicted this a while ago and love seeing confirmation but the S21 series and older phones will skip 3.1.1 and get OneUI 4.0 directly. 

They might still get some features from Z Fold 3 but it will be under 3.1

But so far 3.1.1 does not have new features or UI change. I guess this update only for bugs fix or improve performance.

It's mainly for the new foldables. To be able to fully take advantage of the tablet sized display for UI elements.

It has a few small changes. The only one of note is the 85% battery cap when charging. Anything else really is features for foldables.
