According to the attached link below, the new One UI 3.0 update will change the way to boot the phone into recovery mode. Now we need to connect the phone to a PC through usb cable then only we can press power button + volume up + bixby button to boot into recovery mode. My s10e was affected after updating to the One UI 3 and it took me sometime to figure out the changes😂
Btw it seems like only Exynos version gt affected.
