Why isnt ONE UI 4.0 Beta available in Canada?

According to one of Samsung Canada's Managers @Steve01, said essentially that Samsung Canada's Support isn't capable of providing support for the Betas.

But Samsung Canada can support their devices in Canadax, betas are betas, no support necessary. It's at your own risk.

I always just Flash the US Betas myself, but have you read the responses from Samsung Moderators & read the "happy" Samsung Canada Support Chat reviews lol.

If people have the chance to get the Betas as OTAs, there's gonna be a lot more work for Samsung Support & they are largely incompetent, when it comes to even the simplest of questions.

People would still install the Betas & most don't understand why they are even called Betas.

Definitely NOT AT&T! 

Never really paid attention if it was Tmo or not. I always Flash the Canadian CSC & BL after anyway.
