One UI 4 Battery Drain

I've noticed ever since the update my battery just doesn't last as long. I get 4 hours ish of SOT (@36% from 100%). I'm on the S21 256gb. Adaptive refresh rate is on and most apps are on deep sleep. Any ideas or anyone else going through this too?

Android 12 was supposed to bring better battery life not worse.... Hope fully it's fixed in the next December patch

Same to my S21 FE 5G. Used for 5 days, still a brand new phone and new battery but only sometimes battery drain, not really good battery life.
