No, it is a 2.8GB full scale update to 6.1.1 - host of new features.

Read the OS version in the screen shot.. One UI V6.1. It's NOT One UI V6.1.1... But it includes much of the One UI V6.1.1 updates.

One UI 6.1.1 is a subset of ONE UI 6 and you would see the same version until One UI 7

Whatever, but the fact remains that officially, the OS is referred to as One UI V6.1. 

I did already (several times, here and elsewhere), that it includes much of the One UI V6.1.1 update, but not designed for Flip / Fold and Tablets.

Wrong, this is 6.1.1 on my Zfold 6

I have repeatedly said that One UI V6.1 is what the OS Update is for devices, OTHER than the Flip / Fold and Tablets. 

The Galaxy S24, 23, 22 are not going to show One UI V6.1.1. They will show, One UI V6.1 in Settings > About Phone.

So before you jump to say that I am wrong.. know what I am saying..

Not now but coming soon. Samsung said update will come to s23U in coming weeks.
