They're still actively working on it for the S9/Note9. Exynos S9 seems to be stabilizing. All Note9s seems to still be under active development. Still no build for Canadian S9s but the US one seems to be stabilizing. Release late this month seems like a possibility for S9s (except for Canada), not so much for the Note9, although it's still a possibility. Take this news with a pinch of salt.
It was released on all CSCs, which is fortunate enough as it would have been a shame if after delays and delays that they'd need to segregate the update even more.
