Hi alam nyo kailan ang release date ng one ui 4?

It's on Beta 3 or 4 at this stage if I'm not mistaken. Either they release it before the year ends but I've seen discussions that it might get launched sometime Q1 next year.

Beta 3 palang sila at this time. More likely end of year nila release official of maybe January kasabay launch ng S21 FE
