have you tried contacting Samsung customer support via 1-800 number or chat?

Tried and to no avail, they are really useless. But I managed to get a manager on the phone yesterday and the issue has been resolved. Thank you

Yes after 2 months of running around.. there is much to be said about samsung customer service via chat. Very disappointing. Perhaps you can share feedback.
