My 23 order was not delivered, has been lost by FedEx for 14days now , I'm fed up with calling FedEx and Samsung support... But get this email from Samsung today
 " Get excited! Your Galaxy S23+ (Online Exclusive) has been delivered."
Hey Samsung, I'm not the least bit excited, I'm pissed off and again my order has not been delivered...!!!

Feel your pain. Happened to me with the S20 and battery pack. Not a very secure company as someone tried to collect my battery pack on my behalf. Luckily FedEx called me about it.
