I have contacted them 3 times via live chat. I provide them order number and other requirements. This morning I checked my orders and saw one of the order has been cancelled.
I'm waiting for approval as well. I had to cancel the S22 plus which took two days. Right thereafter I ordered the s22U and now it's waiting for approval. It does show pending with my credit card
