Oreo Update on Bell Network

I still haven't received the Oreo Update on my Galaxy S7 on the Bell Network in Canada. I did a manual update check, I even did a factory reset, nothing works. Bell listed on their Software update page that the Oreo Update had been released well over a month now. I also tried using Smart switch, nothing works. Please help!😑

Download the firmware from Sammobile and flash via Odin.

Question for you...My cousin said she believes she got the phone from Rogers, but now she's not 100% sure, but when I bought the phone from her sealed in box, I put my Bell mobility sim card in it and I was good to go. What firmware should I download for my phone, the one for Rogers, or the one for Bell? I don't want to brick my phone.😕

I bought it brand new in box from my Cousin. I believe it was Rogers she got it from. She got the S7 as a free upgrade and decided she didn't want it and sold it to me. I just popped in my Bell Sim card and was connected, It wasn't carrier locked.

it should be on rogers network coz phone belongs to rogers or just follow richman's advice
