Galaxy SHi,
Is there a way to request Samsung to provide call recording feature in it's native phone dialer app. It's already doing so in number of places. https://www.androidbeat.com/2021/04/how-record-calls-samsung-galaxy-s21-plus-ultra/
Is there a way to collectively ask Samsung for it?
Call recording by anyone in the call is legal in Canada https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/section-183.1.html
In this you can be the other person.
It's a very useful feature - as it is a auto note taker. You do not have to worry about taking notes & just focus on the call. All the more critical if you are mobile or driving.
This is all the more necessary, as third party call recording apps no longer have the permission from the Android OS to record Bluetooth calls, or access the contact list to assign a call to a particular contact.

Galaxy SIn fact no Android call recording app can record Bluetooth or associate it with the contact simply because Android has blocked it.

Galaxy Sused that app for a while. It was superbly inconsistent and wouldn't record when it notified it would, it wouldn't record for days and weeks and suddenly work again. Audio call recordings were difficult to manage or export. If you need this app to work you need to download it and test it out with other calls before the important business calls needing to be documented, and even then it might only record your audio, not the other callers.
Screen recording while on a call can also work but it matter is you are on speaker phone or not, and again isn't consistently reliable.
It should be Up To the individual user and their following their own Local laws whether or not they should or shouldn't use the feature.
There should 100% be a native option. If it's possible to record videocalls why not regular calls? Why would an individual contractor/business need to hire a tertiary service when all of the necessary components are hardware and software already on the phone?

Galaxy SSure it could be useful for some people, but Samsung hasn't even bothered to get certified by Health Canada for O² & BP measurement on their watches, which by the way are certified in the US..
So good luck with this.
