I received a pop-up yesterday saying I have to back up my files as Samsung Cloud is terminating service on July 2. I only have 2 phones. The Galaxy S21 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Has anyone received a pop-up from Samsung Cloud mentioning that we have to back up our documents, music, etc. on our smartphones as Samsung Cloud is terminating service on July 2 and all of our documents, music, etc. will be deleted?

Yes, only documents and photos will be deleted. But Account backup from your phone will stay in Samsung Cloud, which includes Samsung Notes, Messages, Call history...etc.

And it isn't based on what device you have, it's Samsung Cloud's change in what is backed up.

Has any one lost all of their contacts from their list? I can only see the phone numbers when my contact calls me but no names. I have 2 contacts left in my contact list.

Sounds like you have your Contacts stored to your SIM. Click on Contacts and 3 Dot Menu middle left & then look to see if you have Contacts saved to SIM, Samsung Account or Google Account.

Change it to the one with the most Contacts (likely to be the one to use).
