Phone registered but not found on Samsung account

My Samsung account showed my registered old phone.  I now have a Galaxy S21+5G that I registered with Samsung several months ago.  But when I sign into my Samsung account, it does not recognize any registered any phones at all (I deleted the old J3 phone).  How can I get the Samsung account to recognize my registered phone?

Is possible that you registered your device on the Samsung US website? 

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support. At the top you can Register your new device.

I have a galaxy s20 that is registered. My old 210 was broken and it was never registered, why can't I see my galaxy s20 in my devices list?
