photos not sincing to onedrive

I've tried to sync my photos and videos to onedrive but it's not working. I've gone into one drive and selected the allow to access media and gone into samsung cloud and selected to sync photos to my onedrive but it just says syncing but doesn't sinc. please help

Hey there,

Few little pointers I reckon can help if you haven't tried these yet:

1. Storage Availability - Does your OneDrive have enough online storage?
2. Have you enabled Automatic Sync or Sync when not connected to Wifi? Sometimes weak Wifi Signal will not allow it to sync (Sync Roam).
3. Make sure Gallery Sync is enabled in settings. Also make sure you've selected the albums and folders you want to be synced.
