Pick-up Delay SM Aura Pre-order S24 Ultra

I pre-ordered a Titanium Black 512 GB Samsung S24 Ultra on Jan 31. Pick-up at SM Aura on Feb 14... Until now tho, Feb 20, still no update. They texted me once about the delay. So I texted back when will it be? They just apologized at first. But when I asked for an update after... They don't respond anymore. I am so frustrated. I already told them I'd be flying out of the country soon. But still no response. I'm already at my wit's end. This is stressing me out.

Same issue here. Jan31 pre order and feb 14 for pickup at our local samsung store here in the visayas. Ive heard that it will be probably mid March due to supply shortage.

They don't tell me anything, so I'm still hoping that it will be any day now. But now you're telling me March? I'm crushed. 😭

Actually i just read it on reddit na mostly March na daw. Same with other posters here, sabi nila March. Actually galing reddit ako. Its only now i discovered this samsung members app para update din ako tungkol dito sa pre order delay. Nawalan ma nga ako ng hype and im here pa with my S7 edge and 7yrs din hintay ko for a new android fone. On the brink of switching to iphone na.

I can't find any thread on Reddit that's why I posted here. Mine's a Note 10+. It's already 4 years old. Still good condition but I was so excited to finally replace it with this new model... now not anymore. This waiting game is killing me.

These delays is due to tremendous worldwide demand for s24 series which is not anticipated by samsung. Just be patient and you will received your order soon. Dont let disappointment overcome your excitement. 😎

Preordered since January 24, still don't have it today. Okay lang sana maghintay if may date silang binibigay na kung kailan dadating. Pag kasi ganyang wala, araw araw mo hinihintay na sana dumating na. Nakakainis lang din na wala man lang email from Samsung itself about the delay. Dapat may compensation na pag ganyan na katagal eh. Especially those people who had already booked flights thinking they can bring their new phone to their vacation. This delay has caused inconvenience for everyone who pre-ordered the unit and should be compensated.

Also the fact na kung sa Lazada nalang ako umorder eh baka dumating na agad. If you look at the page there, the delivery says you can get the phone in just one to two days. Pero ala, sayang naman yung pre-order benefits kung icacancel ko pa.
