pin to home screen

Why is it now when you want to pin a note, that this comes up every time.  Before all you had to do was click on pin to home screen and it would do it. Now when you click on pin to home screen, this comes up....

Yeah, I agree that they don't need to show this screen, just like the old days, hold and go to home screen directly. Unless they have more than 1 option to choose from. Hope they can make the changes in the future.
