I am genuinely curious what in the world is going on with Samsung's system updates? My Mom just updated the phone yesterday, and it started showing that pink line and it's getting worse. Previously, I had problems with S22's battery, due to the same update. It is very VERY frustrating to have your phone destroyed with system updates that was promised to make your phone's performance better, and if this is meant to make your 'not so cheap' phone broken, then you shouldn't give these updates in the first place. I really hope someone from Samsung will answer this inquiry, because it is very unfair that we take care of our phones since we worked hard getting it, and repairs are costly WHICH is very unfair for us since we don't need it BEFORE updating our software.
To add insult to the injury, they keep telling you to update the phone's software even though it was CLEARLY stated that we started having these problems after doing so. Please, we want an honest and sensible answer why it keeps on destroying our phones. Thank you!
