Please Samsung πŸ™ solve problems with S22 Ultra

Hey Samsung
We users are paying a big amount for S22 series specifically S22 ultra and what you guys are doing for us? Being a Samsung and Android lover I purchase Samsung flagships but you guys nees to focus on smallest thing on the phone because of this much big amount and your brand name. Remember your flagships are in competition with Iphones and other companies flagships so have some level man. Take the competition seriously 
Before praising your back for the good features, get the problems right.
Problems I face:
1. Battery Issue
By numbers it is 5000mah battery but in real life performance it doesn't perform same. It has potential but I think you need to get things right. Optimize your software like apple do and being a big player focus on processor you put in phone. Believe me you can work with qualcomm and make a power efficient processor for your phone. Your Exynos one is stupid processor.

2. Display
No doubt display is good. Numbers are good. 120hz adaptive screen sounds good but most of the time I feel lags in display and some jitter when switching between apps and while using phone for long. Are we paying for this? 

3. Problems with apps
Applications sometime crashes and lags in the phone. Work with developers or what and make it good.

4. Camera
Believe me your camera hardware is on top. It can beat Iphones anytime but where you are lagging behind is software optimization. This thing you can do in minutes and take the title of best smartphone camera but why the hell you guys are not doing it?
Improve video performance
Remember you are in competitive world.

5. Some possible small improvements 
Improve your weather app
Stop doing cheap things like pushing ads and pushing bloatware
Stop degrading phone performance and camera performance with upgrades after an year or so. This is cheap.

In the last I wanna say that remember users have spent their hard earn money to purchase your phones. Users believe in you that's why they are purchasing your phones.
Don't break the trust otheriwse there are alot of companies in market.

You should consider all these and solve these issues asap because we customers are trusting you and paying you hard-earned money. You say it's a top flagship so it should perform like one.

Totally agree! I got S22 ultra for my husband and battery is really a big issue.
I feel my note10+ is better.
Samsung should improve as s22 is not a cheap device. We paid for better performance and improvements in the device but it seems like samsung is downgrading.
I have always been an android fan especially Samsung's note series and this is quiet upsetting to me seeing the battery life for s22 ultra

Totally agree. Battery life is terrible. My phone is only 1 month old and my usage is only 22%, yet I have to charge it every 48 to 72 hours. My phone is off at night, so it should perform better.

Agreed. I unplugged my S22 10 minutes ago and I lost 10%. No apps running no games and apps in deep sleep.
