Podcast interruption

Recently whenever I am listening to a podcast on my JBL Bluetooth speaker it will cease to broadcast on the Speaker.   I look at my phone and the podcast is continuing but no sound
To start listening again I have to stop and re start the podcast and find where I left off.
VERY frustrating 
It's as if a notification or something is causing the podcast to stop broadcasting 
Can anyone help me figure out why the podcast stops broadcasting?

Hi, we request you to perform Network reset for this issue.

Step 1. Launch the Settings app.

Step 2. Tap General management menu.

Step 3. Tap Reset menu. Step.

Step 4. Tap Reset network settings menu.

Step 5. Tap Reset settings button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi information, mobile data, and Bluetooth connection are reset.

Did everything as instructed. Started my podcast and it happened again. So unfortunately this solution did not work.

What is the source of the Podcast? 

ie: If it is Spotify, Clearing Cache for the app you are using for the Podcast & see if that works. 

If it doesn't fix the issue, then Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app. I KNOW, that a couple of Spotify Updates HAD an issue with music / Podcasts stopping, and the only interim solution was to Clear BOTH Cache & Data for Spotify... or Uninstalling & Reinstalling it. 

If you're using something other than Spotify, try the same steps with the app you are using for Podcasts. 

Un-Pairing & Re-Pairing might help, but that should have happened when you Reset Network Connections.

I cleared Cache and Data in the App and tonight no interruption to my podcast.
