Hello, I've pre-ordered Samsung S21 ultra, Phantom Silver on 22nd January 2021 based in Malaysia. I'm well aware that the release date is on 29th January. However, the status of my order still in processing, same as the last week. It's very disappointing considering last time I pre-ordered my iPhone, they manage to give the phone at the same day during launch. At the very least, please change the status to ready for dispatch during launch day.
What makes this even worse is that, my friends who pre-ordered from authorized sellers in Shopee Malaysia already received their phone three days before the launch with extra freebies. I thought by pre-ordered directly from Samsung, it will be much easier because it is obviously official store. What's the point of pre-order if you get a week late. Jeez.
Not stated the exact day of shipping. I can't find it. Tried. However, i already email samsung, wait is the only choice i have. I can't believe samsung handle their early bird customers like this. Even authorized seller on Shopee work faster. People who bought from Shopee received the same f phone and free gifts 3 days earlier than launching date (29.1.2021). What make them different from me? i bought direct from Samsung website ma....

My first time experience with samsung. Trying to understand. Covid-19 makes them slow. okay. I get it.
