Why is it that Samsung Philippines is being unfair to majority of their loyal customers by offering more freebies only through online pre-order while those who have pre-ordered only through their local store got nothing more than a memory upgrade and a watch5 discount.
In my case, i opted to pre order through the local samsung store in our area because I can't trade in my old samsung galaxy online since that samsung.ph website does not support trade in our area.
Since that i pre order through their store I will only get a memory upgrade and a 30% less in samsung watch5. While those who have ordered online will get a free case, a free galaxy watch 5, and a 3k e-voucher.

Yes. And they just requested it to be expedite. I received that estimated delivery as a response to my request according to the cs. So they requested it again. Until now, the status is processing. I ordered mine feb 4 due to voucher issues. Hope they can be considerate enough

When it comes to the free Samsung Watch, it was given as a limited gift to those who attended a live Samsung Epic Nights online, while the free case was given out free to those who successfully checked out their pre-ordered online purchase, and the 3,000 pesos worth of free e-voucher was sent to their respective email addresses for those who earlier registered for Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023.
