Why is it that Samsung Philippines is being unfair to majority of their loyal customers by offering more freebies only through online pre-order while those who have pre-ordered only through their local store got nothing more than a memory upgrade and a watch5 discount.
In my case, i opted to pre order through the local samsung store in our area because I can't trade in my old samsung galaxy online since that samsung.ph website does not support trade in our area.
Since that i pre order through their store I will only get a memory upgrade and a 30% less in samsung watch5. While those who have ordered online will get a free case, a free galaxy watch 5, and a 3k e-voucher.
Terrible and discriminating promotions Samsung Philippines!
I only got one voucher and I haven't used it yet. The Samsung personnel who , assisted me in my pre-order said that I can only use it if I order online which is kinda unfair. Anyways, there's no point crying over spilled milk. This is lesson learned.
